Why use one contractor for both trades
On most refurbishments and fit outs the mechanical and electrical work is closely linked. Pipework and cabling share the same ceiling voids and risers, plant needs power, and both trades have to be finished before walls and ceilings close up.
Splitting the work between separate contractors means extra coordination, clashes on site and gaps in responsibility. With one contractor doing both, the services are planned together, installed in the right order and tested before handover.
You get one point of contact, one programme and one set of certificates at the end of the job.

We review the drawings or survey the building, and agree the scope of the installation.

Pipework and cabling run while walls and ceilings are still open.

Fittings, connections and plant installed and connected.

Testing and commissioning
Every system tested, set up and checked before handover.

Certification and handover
Certificates handed over, including Electrical Installation Certificates and emergency lighting certificates where the work requires them.

Do you install both the mechanical and electrical services?
Yes. We install both, so you deal with one contractor, one programme and one point of contact for the whole job.
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes. Send us the drawings or a short brief and we will come back to you with a clear written quotation.
What certificates do you provide at handover?
New electrical installations and circuits are issued with an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC), alterations with a Minor Works certificate, and emergency lighting with an emergency lighting certificate.
