When a building needs a booster pump
If taps and showers on upper floors run weakly, or pressure drops when everyone uses water at once, the incoming supply is often not strong enough to reach the whole building on its own. A booster pump set lifts that water to a steady pressure on every floor.
The usual signs are weak flow on upper floors, pressure that drops at busy times, complaints from residents or staff, and an existing pump that runs constantly, sounds noisy or keeps failing.
We supply and install the booster set together with the tank, valves, strainer and pipework it needs, and connect it into the building's existing cold water services.

How do I know if my building needs a booster pump?
Weak flow on upper floors, pressure that drops at busy times and complaints from residents or staff are the usual signs. We can look at the building and its supply and tell you whether a booster set is the right fix.
Why is water pressure low on upper floors?
Mains water pressure is often not strong enough to reach the upper floors of taller buildings, especially at busy times of day when many people use water at once. The taller the building and the more outlets it serves, the more likely it is to need a booster set.
Do you supply the booster set or only install it?
Both. We supply the booster pump set and install it, together with the tank, valves and pipework it needs.
