We refurbish and install washrooms and toilet blocks for schools and commercial buildings. One contractor takes the job from strip out through the building works, the wall cladding, flooring, IPS panelling and sanitaryware, to the mechanical and electrical services behind it.

The old cubicles, sanitaryware, tiling and fittings removed and cleared from site.

Cubicles, WCs, urinals, trough and vanity basins and taps, specified for heavy use.

Cladding and flooring

Hot and cold water, drainage and extract ventilation, installed by a WIAPS approved plumbing team.

At Cranbourne Primary School we stripped out the old tiled toilets and rebuilt them completely, and handed the washrooms back before the pupils returned.

Can the work be done in a school holiday?
That is how we plan school washrooms. The survey, the design and the ordering happen in term time so that the strip out starts on the first day of the holiday and the room is handed back before the pupils return.
Do you do the building work as well?
Yes. A full washroom installation from us includes the building works, not just the fittings, so you are not holding a separate builder to our programme or ours to theirs.
What is IPS panelling?
An integrated plumbing system. The cisterns, pipework and valves sit behind removable panels rather than on show, which looks better, gives less for people to pull at, and still leaves access for maintenance.
Why cladding rather than tiles?
Tiled walls fail at the grout. It discolours, cracks and gives dirt somewhere to sit, and in a school it takes a beating. We use Altro Whiterock hygienic wall cladding with Altro safety flooring, which gives a continuous wipe clean surface with no grout lines, and the floor is slip resistant.
Do you install the ventilation and lighting too?
Yes. We install the extract ventilation, the lighting and the power as part of the same job, certified by an NICEIC Approved Contractor, so the whole room is handed over by one contractor.
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. In an occupied building we agree which washrooms come out of use and when, and phase the work so there is always provision available.
