An M&E fit out contractor working across London and the South East. We deliver mechanical and electrical installation, building services and planned maintenance for commercial, educational, residential block management and domestic clients, and we hold the scheme accreditations that let us certify our own work.
Multiple trades, one contractor
The services that have to work together are designed, installed and commissioned by the same team, so nothing falls between separate subcontractors.
Electrical
LV switchgear, distribution boards, power distribution, containment, lighting and small power, tested and certified to the current wiring regulations.
Mechanical
Commercial boilers, heating systems, cold water booster sets, pipework and pumps, from design through installation to commissioning.
Plant rooms
Complete plant room installations, replacement and upgrade works, including valves, controls and the associated electrical supplies.
Maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs for landlords, managing agents and facilities managers.
Accredited and accountable
We are an NICEIC Approved Contractor and a Gas Safe registered business, with MCS certification, WIAPS approval and membership of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code. Every installation is certified to the relevant scheme standard and handed over with the documentation building owners and managing agents need.
