2. Scope of Services

We provide domestic and commercial services including:

  • Plumbing and heating installation and repairs

  • Electrical installations and maintenance

  • Gas safety inspections & EICRs

  • Emergency callouts

All work is carried out by qualified and competent engineers.


3. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotes may be subject to change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues arise.

  • Verbal estimates are not legally binding and should not be relied upon as fixed pricing.


4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due in full upon completion of the agreed works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept bank transfer, card, cash.

  • You may be liable for fees with certain credit cards
  • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur late payment charges.

Ownership of Materials:
All materials and equipment supplied and installed by Eden Mechanical & Electrical remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel scheduled works by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • In the event of a cancellation or change to the agreed works:

    • Materials ordered solely for your job may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the supplier’s return policy.

    • Any non-refundable items or return costs incurred by us will be deducted from any refund due.

    • If materials cannot be returned (e.g. made-to-order or bespoke items), you may be liable for the full cost.

    We will always aim to be fair and transparent about any such charges and will provide evidence of costs where applicable.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge to cover lost time and/or materials ordered.

  • Emergency callouts are non-refundable once an engineer has been dispatched.


6. Guarantees and Liability

  • All workmanship is covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of completion.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances, where applicable.

  • This guarantee does not cover:

    • Misuse or damage caused by the client

    • Work altered by others after completion

    • Wear and tear beyond our control

We accept no liability for delays caused by third parties, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.


7. Use of This Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute content without our permission

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its data

All website content, branding, logos, and images are the intellectual property of Eden Mechanical & Electrical.


8. Complaints Procedure
